2008 JUNKYARD PUPS

for any type Os or other copying mistakes.
Call the track office at 607-657-8222 or ask at the track for a official printed
copy.
1. For the beginner only,
2. No previous feature winners or track champions from any other class,
3. 4 Cylinder front wheel drive cars only, no sports cars
4. Single cam motors can weld up differential gears and do not have to have a
muffler,
5. Dual overhead cam motors allowed
a) Cannot lock the differential
b) Must run a stock muffler, no glass pack
c) See rule #15
6. Four point roll cage
7. Leave fuel tank In stock position and double strap it. All
cars with electric fuel pump must have a tether switch connected to the fuel
pump electric circuit.
8. Battery must be securely fastened in, manual disconnect switch required.
9. Racing seat, belts- 2000 snell approved, see safety rules.
10. All glass and chrome will be removed
11. No racing tires or no racing wheels; no larger than 195/75 14 maximum tire
size. No
snow tires, No blizzacks or no softened tires, cannot groove tire.
12. If your car is an over dominating
race car, weight will be added to the rear of your race car, as needed to
equalize the competition.
13. Junkyard Pups will run as Junkyard Pups only.
14, Safety, procedural rules, handicapping and points do apply to you. So make
sure you
read them. If you have questions on them , please ASK.
15. We will add rules as necessary to keep this class safe, competitive,
inexpensive and FUN.
